Almost seven years ago I had a blast reviewing Seth Grahame-Smith’s audacious novel, ‘Pride and Prejudice and Zombies’, and suggested a few satirical book plots of my own. ![]() ![]() ![]() Google dorking is used to find hidden information that is otherwise inaccessible through a normal Google search. ![]() Their power lies in the ability to use them creatively. There are many more types of Google hacks using advanced search queries, but their technical explanations don’t actually get much more complicated than that. Using quotation marks in searches gives you a list of results that includes web pages where the complete phrase is used, rather than some combination (complete or incomplete) of the individual words you entered into the search field. Google dorks and Google hacks uncover some of that hidden data, letting you see information that organizations, companies, and website owners may not want you to see.Ī simple example of an advanced search query is the use of quotation marks. Vladimir is moving around bowlegged because of a bladder problem. Estragon is struggling with a tightly fitting boot that he just cannot seem to take off his foot. Each character is involved in a comedic action from the play’s beginning. Vladimir is usually cast as tall and thin and Estragon just the opposite. These characters lend themselves to the same body types as Abbot and Costello. The first two characters to appear on stage are Vladimir and Estragon, dressed in bowler hats and boots. The first thing an audience may notice about Waiting For Godot is that they are immediately set up for a comedy. This is demonstrated in the progression of dialogue and action in each of the two acts in Godot. The structure of Waiting For Godot is determined by Beckett’s use of repetition. He repeats phrases, ideas, and actions that have his audience come away with many different ideas about who we are and how beautiful our human existence is even in our desperation. That is to say, Beckett is not interested in the reader interpreting his words, but simply listening to the words and viewing the actions of his perfectly mismatched characters.īeckett uses the standard Vaudevillian style to present a play that savors the human condition.
